Looking at the history of the organisation, it has come a long way since 1979 in developing its brand, reputation and presence in the market. This will in turn reduce the reliance of the lower income earners on grants for basic survival * In-house, the CEO would need to periodically re-evaluate all projects underway to measure its impact to date, irrespective of which stage in the process it may be.
